To draw attention to each one of our performance sites, Mark Donaldson, head of electricity at the Endumeni Municipality, agreed to send out his team (and cherry picker) to change the colour of street- lamp bulbs. The light, nearest to each site was changed from yellow 70/100 Watt high pressure sodium bulb to a white 160 Watt mercury vapour self-ballast bulb.
